About me and my practice
As a Registered Member of the BACP (00929771) I strive to provide my clients with a high quality of care, offering excellent communication and listening skills along with the necessary core conditions for a healthy successful counselling experience. I aim to help clients overcome their difficulties and make appropriate positive changes. As a psychoanalytic therapist, I offer an insight-driven perspective attached with resolution. Which fosters change by helping my clients to explore their past.
Experience
My experience in multicultural contexts demonstrates my competency to recognize different perspectives. Which enables me to meet clients' needs. I have adopted a non-judgmental approach; I see my clients not for their experiences but as the capable individuals they are whilst ensuring client autonomy. I facilitate a safe space to express, understand challenging emotions and feelings, leading to a deeper understanding of self. Building a healthy therapeutic working alliance between client and therapist is vital in the healing process. I am passionate about helping others to understand and cope with life circumstances and overcome personal obstacles. I have worked with young adults, adults, children and families for several years in the community, schools and hospitals aiding in their personal growth and well-being. I have an enthusiast, friendly warm and caring nature coupled with years of professional counselling experience that contributes to my clients receiving a high standard service with positive outcomes.
